Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If it’s not quite right, no worries - you can return it for a full item refund within 14 days of receiving it.

Here’s the scoop:

• Step 1: Let us know within 14 days that you want to return your order.

• Step 2: Send it back to us within the next 14 days.

• Make sure your item is in the same condition you got it - tags on, unworn, and unwashed. We can’t accept returns that are used or missing tags.

• Postage for returns is on you, unless we say otherwise.

• Once we get your item, we’ll process your refund super quickly.

Heads up: This covers online orders. If you shopped in-store, you can swap your item or get store credit.
